J2 : Bishkek
Arrival in Bishkek early morning. Rest in our Guest House before exploring the Kyrgyz capital located at the foot of the Tien Shan . Walking through the bazaar and the city parks . Night in our Guest House
J3 : Bishkek – Tyu Ashu ( 3 586 m) – Komjunkul (2 025 m)
We leave for Bishkek west . the road rises gradually to the pass more than 3500 m. Cervical splendid view of the valley Sussamyr . We leave the track for a path that will lead us into the valley. We hurtled over 600 m in altitude. We take the track to reach the Karakol town then of Komjunkul .
J4 : Komjunkul (2025) – Valley Djumgal
We ride along the beautiful river Kekemeren , powerful water flow in a beautiful canyon. The slope is regular , nice track. We take full eyes. We stop at the village of Aral and leave the river behind us. Few miles and we arrived in Chaek village Valley Djumgal . We drive a bit to reach our camp. Night in tents.
J5 : Djumgal Valley – Lake Song Kul
This step will allow us to reach Lake Song Kul located more than 3,000 m. A day under the sign of “effort” . Indeed, the climb to the pass Karakeche however beautiful it is worthy of a great mountain stage of the Tour de France ! After reaching the pass located 3384 m view is grandioise . Song Kul Lake is nearby. Around dozens of small white dots, the yurt camp of nomadic Kyrgyz . We take the old track that leads to the lake and camp. Overnight in yurt or tent.
J6 : Lake Song Kul
We go to the north shore of the lake and spend villages yurts yurt village . We take this opportunity for us to feel the nomadic life . We share moments with them , oulak Tartich , Koumiss …. Mounted on the pass Ashu Tiuz and lake views . Night in tents.
J7- 8 : Song Kul – Tash Rabat
We go south towards the Massif At Bashy . Before arriving there we cross the valley of the Naryn where flows the most important river of the entire region .
Arrival at caravasérail Tash Rabat. Ancient fortress on the Silk Road . The Chinese border is very close. Overnight in tents
J9 : Tash Rabat
Day off , the setting is gorgeous . Hiking, horseback are scheduled. Night in tents.
J10 : Tash Rabat – Naryn Kitchy
We follow the massive At Bashy to reach the small town of Naryn . We take this opportunity to refuel before we engage in the valley of the Naryn Kitchy . Night in tents.
J11- 12: Kitchy Naryn – Kochkorka
Two great days on a track over 3 000 meters. We cross from time to time small villages. Overnight in guest house.
J13 : Kochkorka – Issyk Koul
Lake Issyk Kul is located at 1 660 m the second largest mountain lake in the world after Lake Titicaca ( Peru , Bolivia) . The swimming program in water over 20 degrees ! Camp by the lake .
J14 : Issyk Kul
Day of relaxation , swimming in the waters of Lake Issyk Kul. Night in tents.
J15 : Issyk Kul – Bishkek
Transfer of the capital of Kyrgyzstan . Arriving early afternoon. Last minute shopping . Night in our Guest House.
J16 : Bishkek – europe

In Guest House for nights spent in Bishkek . Song Kul in yurts if possible . Homestay Kochkorka . And tent for the rest.
The tour could be also organised with homestay along the itinerary.

Kitchen ” outdoor” prepared by your guides with some meals in restaurant
Climate:
This trip takes place in mountain , it is expected to warm days but the nights cool enough in the mountains (need a sleeping bag for comfort – 5 degrees)

Formalities
To get in Kyrgyzstan , you must have a passport valid for 6 months after the date of return need to have insurance repatriation. + International driving license
Personal equipment:
Same average stay in a mountain.
Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / vaccines :
No vaccinations are compulsory in Kyrgyzstan . Tetanus vaccination is strongly recommended for any outdoor activity .
The organization provides a collective pharmacy , but we recommend you bring an individual pharmacy including:
– Personal medicine
– A good sunscreen
– A spare pair of glasses for those involved
A small tour to the dentist for a check is not negligible , do not rely on local dentists!
Be careful you will find yourself at altitudes between 2000 and 3900 meters.

Currency: som (about $ 1 USD = 44 som € = 60 soms )
The us $ can be changed at all banks and exchange offices in Bishkek .. It is also possible to withdraw money from teller machines ( they are still very few)
