Amazing experience that meets the expectations of sports enthusiasts by the great outdoors. Horse riding, mountain bike , the trek are the 3 main activities of this adventure in the Kyrgyz land.
Each discipline is practiced in magnificent sites, the canyon Kekemeren, Lake Song Koul, Kitchy Naryn valley the mountains of the Massif des Terskey, Lake Issyk Koul. A real treat for athletes and adventurers.
J1- Europe- Bishkek
J2 : Bishkek
Arrival in Bishkek early morning. Transfer to our Guest House. Tour in the capital of Kyrgyzstan . Bazaar , museum, parks. Overnight in Guest house .
J3 : Sussamyr Valley (MTB: mountain bike)
Road to pass Tyuz Ashuu (3 600 meters). Once the tunnel crossed the pass , a magnificent panorama awaits us. We leave our car on the flanks of the valley Sussamyr and go for a long descent on our mountain bikes. And great track along the river and its canyon Kekemeren ocher color ( it’s like in Morocco !) . J4 : Canyon Kokomeren – Chaek (MTB)
We continue along the river before reaching the small town of Chaek where we take a short break to refuel and restore us . We take the full track south towards Lake Song Kul. We gradually gain altitude . Camp at the foot of the Karacheke pass or sarybulak .
J5 : Song Kul (MTB)
ride to the 3 600 meter pass , against the bottom of Lake Song Kul and dozens of yurts installed for the summer in this natural paradise . Great run on the lake across from the old track. First contacts with Kyrgyz nomads. Camp at the lake and overnight in yurts or tents if possible ( alti 3130 m).
J 6 -7 : Song Kul heart of Kyrgyzstan ( horse Hiking )
These two whole days are spent horseback riding in this site of exceptional purity and calm that highlights the scream of the royal eagle of Central Asia.
We stop in yurt camps where nomads settled for the summer . We share with them a few hours of life ( treated mares , making koumis , cheese …. ) . In the evening we will go with the Kyrgyz shepherd to gather his flock in the pen near the family yurt. Because the wolf is not far ! Camp in a yurt or tent if possible .
J8 : Song Kul – Massif Terskey
Transfer with our car on the track that leads to the heart of the Massif des Terskey . We are progressing in the heart of a huge valley ( average altitude 3100 m). Camp at the foot of the mountains. Possibility of mountain bike
J 9 -12 Massif Terskey ( Trekking )
We have 4 days to cross the massif ( trek) with peaks rising to over 4 500m. The environment is therefore more wild, we walk at the foot of glaciers
Before returning to Jiluu Suu (which translates Kyrgyz hot springs ) . We will benefit , baths in its sources. Then mounted on the pass Ton ( 4 050 m) before diving into the huge lake Issyk Kul that we have in focus. Part of the trek can be done for those who wish to horse.
J13 – 14: Issyk Koul
Lake Issyk Kul ( second most garnd altitude lake in the world) and its wild banks welcomes us for 2 days more relaxing . Swimming in water above 20 degrees (we are at an altitude of 1600 m ), hiking in nearby canyons , mountain bikes for those who want it. Camps at the lake .
J15 : Bishkek
Transfer to the Kyrgyz capital . Night in our guest house.
J16 : Return flight Europe
The developed program is given as an indication . It may undergo changes or improvements in function of technical, security requirements , climatic conditions of the moment.
In this case, only those responsible for supervision are entitled to take the necessary decisions . However, the guides offer in case of major changes in the program of replacement options.

Accomodation
In Guest House for nights spent in Bishkek . Tent (2 places) or yurt during travel .
Catering:
Kitchen ” outdoor” prepared by your guides with some meals in the restaurant ( in Bishkek , Kochkorka ) . Meals in Bishkek at the expense of clients.
Climate:
This trip takes place in mountain , s must expect warm days but quite cool mountain nights .

From June to September

Usually limited to 5-6 hours drive to the longest
Activities: mountain biking – Horse – trek
All these activities require no special preparation . By cons must to enjoy his trip in good physical shape.
The ATV equipment (except headphones) , horses are provided by the organization
Guide:
Local speaking guide and Kyrgyz . Responsible for the logistics of the stewardship
Equipment:
Similar to that used in France in the Alps equipment .
A large canvas travel bag to put unnecessary business for the day.

In nature, we must also have more than elsewhere in the spirit of tolerance and solidarity facilitate cohesion and harmony of the group , guaranteeing the success of the trip.
Formalities:
To get in Kyrgyzstan must have a valid passport (6 months validity ) .
Requirement to have travel insurance repatriation
Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / vaccines :
No vaccination is compulsory n in Kyrgyzstan . Tetanus vaccination is strongly recommended for any outdoor activity .
The organization provides a collective pharmacy , however we recommend that you take an individual pharmacy including:
– Personal medicine
– A good sunscreen
– A spare pair of glasses for those involved
A small tour to the dentist for a check is not negligible , do not rely on local dentists!
