Flight to Tashkent Uzbek capital, then second flight to Khiva .
J2 : Khiva
Visit Khiva and those splendid ramparts pink. At sunset an amazing sight . Overnight in Guest house
J3 – 5 : Khiva – Boukhara
Drive to Bukhara. Visiting mosques , tombs ….. Nights Guest house .
J6 -7 : Bokhara – Samarkand
Road to Samarkand, the Central Asian city par excellence with its many minarets, domes bluish color but these bazaars ….. Nights Guest house
J8 : Samarkand – Penjikent (Tajikistan)
Transfer to Tadjiksitan and region of our trek .
J9 – 13 Trekking in the small Pamir
Our 5-day trek we will cross passes over 4,000 m to achieve beautiful turquoise lakes. lakes Aloaoudin , Moutny , Kolikalon and Tchourkrak .

J14 : Tashkent
Back to the Uzbek capital. Flight and return to Paris in J14 or J15
General Information :
Acomodation:
In Guest House, tent during the trek mountain
Catering:
In typical restaurants to the exposed portion of the city. Full kitchen air prepared by our cooked .
Climate:
July and August are very hot in Uzbekistan, it is expected at temperatures near 40 degrees. We move in Tajikistan between 2500 and 4000 m. Need for a mountain equipment , sleeping bag comfort – 5 degrees.
Hiking:
Day 4-6 h without any particular difficulty , but at altitudes between 2500 and
4000 m. Need to be physically fit .
Equipment:
The organization provided camping equipment , mattresses included. Equipment identical to that of a trek in the French Alps.
Guide:
Local guide Uzbek and Tajik
Formalities:
To get in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan , it must have a passport valid for 6 months after the return date. A visa withdrew to Uzbekistan Embassy in Paris .
Requirement to have travel insurance and repatriation
Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / vaccines :
No vaccinations are compulsory in Kyrgyzstan . Tetanus vaccination is strongly recommended for any outdoor activity .
The organization provides a collective pharmacy , but we recommend you bring an individual pharmacy including:
– Personal medicine
– A good sunscreen
– A spare pair of glasses for those involved
A small tour to the dentist for a check is not negligible , do not rely on local dentists!
Be careful you will find yourself at altitudes between 2000 and 3900 meters.
